On April 23, 2010, Arizona Governor Janis Brewer (R) signed Senate Bill 1070, the most radical immigration legislation in the United States, effectively permitting racial profiling in the state of Arizona. The law requires police to demand immigration papers from anyone who they have a "reasonable suspicion" is in the country illegally. This blog will chronicle the major events regarding this racist and inhumane law.
We enthusiastically encourage a boycott of the State of Arizona until the law is repealed.

Elton John Calls Arizona Boycotters "F*cktwits"

Fresh out of whoring himself out at Rush Limbaugh's wedding, Elton John works on making himself even more laughable.

""Elton John made his stance on the Arizona boycotts absolutely clear at a concert in Tucson, Arizona, though it might not be the stance supporters expected.

Not only was John happy to play Arizona, but he remarked that he was staunchly opposed to the boycotts.

"We are all very pleased to be playing in Arizona," John announced. "I have read that some of the artists won't come here. They are f**kwits! Let's face it: I still play in California, and as a gay man I have no legal rights whatsoever. So what's the f**k's with these people?"

This isn't the first time John has shrugged off widespread boycotts. He also played a show in Tel Aviv in June, despite protests against Israel following the flotilla raid.

Perhaps even more interesting was John's performance at Rush Limbaugh's wedding, despite Limbaugh's outspoken stance against same-sex marriage. John is legally married to David Furnish." (READ MORE)
